Support
Masterplan
Operational and software support is offered at 15% of the software licence cost per annum and covers:
- Telephone and email support.
- Updates and patches as they are released.
- Upgrades to the latest version of the Masterplan System.
It also includes you in the following schemes at an 'at cost' price:
Customised development work for your individual sites
Analysis of and connections to your existing data systems.
Bespoke Solutions
Support of offered at 15% of the agreed price or GBP 200 per annum, whichever is greater.
Please note that by default all bespoke solutions are supported up to the point of acceptance.
Support covers:
- Telephone and email support.
- Bug fixes in agreed functionality.
